Payment Policy

We accept payment by Cash, Credit Card (Visa, Master, 3 % service charge) or PayPal upon pick up on the same day of the excursion, directly with the Chauffeur/Guide. Credit Card only in our office.  We accept, Thai Bath. 

 

 

 

 

Reservation Policy

We shall make your reservation only after confirmation from you. We advise that you provide the correct information, including the full address of your accommodation, to avoid any inconvenience. These details are highly important to ensure that the booking is made correctly. We guarantee that all information shall remain confidential.

 

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel any reservation made with us, it may be done within 48 hours prior to your excursion date. Use your booking contact details to process your cancellation.

Note:

Slow boat tours are excluded from this cancellation policy.
We strongly advise you to respect the cancellation policy.
